Common Name The Large Lipped Acianthus

Found in New Caledonia at elevations of 450 to 1000 meters as a miniature to small sized, warm growing terrestrial with an erect stem c arrying a single, olive green, profundly cordate basally, somewhat side-lobed, the terminal lobe prominent leaf that blooms in the fall on an erect, 3.2 to 7.2" [8 to 18 cm] long, 1 [3 to 6] flowered inflorescence
