Found in the Philippines in dry forests on tree trunks as a small sized, hot growing epiphyte with the pseudobulb carrying 7 to 8, linear, unequally bilobed apically, petiolate base leaves that blooms in the late spring on an erect, branching, 1 to 7 branched, sometimes with secondary branches, 24 to 46" [60 to 115 cm] long, overall, rachis 8.8 to 26" [22 to 65 cm] long, 200 to 250 flowered inflorescence
