Common Name The Burnt Red Acrolophia

Flower Size .32" [8 mm] long

Found in southwest Cape Province near the coast in sand in fymbos at elevations of 120 to 390 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cold growing terrestrial with imbricate, subcondulicate, linear-lanceolate, acute, grading above into the floral bracts leaves that blooms in the spring on an erect, fairly dense, .4 to 1.4"[1 to 3.5 cm] many flowered inflorescence .
