Common Name Norton's Adenochilus [Australian Orchid Collector 1800's] - In Australia - The White Gnome Orchid
Flower Size .8 to 1.2" [2 to 3 cm]
Found in New South Wales Australia from the New England Tableland south to Bungonia south-west of Sydney at elevations of 400 to 1000 meters as a miniature sized, cool growing terrestrial with an erect, fleshy stem carrying a single, ovate, dark green above, red spotted beneath, cordate leaf half way uo and carrying a single apical flower that arises in the spring.
