Flower Size 1.68" to 2.4" [4.2 to 6 cm]

Found in northeastern Madagascar in humid and shady firests on moss and lichens at elevations up to 300 meters as a small to just medium sized, hot growing epiphyte with a short stem carrying 2 to 6, coriaceous, ligulate leaves that blooms in the summer on a pendant, 8 to 28" [20 to 70 cm] long, simple to branched, 1 to 3 flowered inflorescence .
