Common Name or Meaning The Antenna Aeranthes

Flower Size 6" [15 cm]

Found at elevations around 740 to 1100 meters in the central highlands of Madagascar in moss forests as a small sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with a very short, erect stem and carrying, 6 to 7, broadly ligulate, very unequally obtusely bilobed leaves that blooms in the summer on a simple or few branched, slender, pendant, 12" [30 cm] long, very loosely, several flowered inflorescence carrying large flowers.
