Common Name or Meaning The Spider Aeranthes
Flower Size 2" [5 cm]
This small sized, hot growing, epiphytic species is found on the island of Reunion and Madagascar and has a short stem carrying several, ligulate, pale green leaves that are apically, unevenly bilobed and blooms on a to 8" [20 cm] long, pendant, sucessively single flowered, raceme with a few, fragrant flowers occuring in the summer and fall.
