Common Name The Many Noded Aeranthes

Flower Size 2.4 to 2.8" [6 to 7 cm]

Found in central Madagascar in humid, mossy evergreen forests at elevations of 1250 to 1400 meters as a miniature to small sized, cool growing epiphyte without a stem carrying 4, linear-oblong, leathery, unequally bilobed apically, rouned lobes, narrowing at the base leaves that blooms in the late summer and early fall on 1 to 5, pendent, slender, peduncle many noded, completely enveloped by ovewrlapping sheaths, 6 to 14" [15 to 35 cm] long, 1 to 3 flowered inflorescence
