Found in Sabah Borneo near Mt Kinabalu at elevations around 1200 meters as a medium sized, cool growing epiphyte with subterete, sublaxly leafy in the upper 2/3's stem carrying linear, unequally minutely, obtusely, bilobed apically leaves that blooms on a terminal, seminutant, subglobose, composed of numerous, sheaths, bracts, many flowered inflorescence
