Common Name or Meaning The Dewilde's Agrostophyllum [Collectors of type species 1900's]

Found in Sumatra at elevations around 1700 meters as a large sized, cool growing epiphyte with a terete basally, leafy stem carrying linear-lanceolate, acute, erect, thin, apically unequally bidentate to bilobulate apically leaves that blooms in the late spring on an erect, terminal, to .48" [1.2 cm] long, capitulum composed of many sheaths and bracts, densely many flowered inflorescence carrying pale yellowish flowers.
