Found in Sumatra at elevations around 1400 meters as a medium sized, cool growing epiphyte with an erect stem carrying strap-shaped, somewhat acute, minutely and unequally bilobed apcially, suddenly narrowed and cuneate near the base leaves that blooms in the summer on a semi-globose corymb of several 3 to 4 flowered inflorescence bundled closely together with avate, shortly acuminate outer bracts and ovate-lanceolate, acuminate, as long as the ovaries floral bracts.
