Found in the Philippines in unknown habitats as a large sized epiphyte with a compressed, transversily ellipic in section, laxly 7 leaves stem carrying ligulate to ligulate-lanceolate, subacute leaves that blooms probably in the late spring on an erect, terminal, capitulum, .8 [2 cm] long, 1.2" [3 cm] wide, composed of numerous bracts and sheaths, many flowered inflorescence with dirty white flowers
