Found in Papua New Guinea in cloud forests at elevations of 800 to 1000 meters as a small to medium sized, warm growing epiphyte with an erect stem carrying many linear, acute, basally clasping leaves that blooms in the early summer and early fall on a terminal, short, many flowered inflorescence with the flowers held close to the apex in a corymb.
