Found in the Philippines at elevations of 60 to 700 meters as a large sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with upright to semi-pendulous, flattened stems carrying two ranked, linear to oblong-lanceolate leaves that blooms in the winter, spring, summer and fall on a near terminal, clusted in a spherical head that is 1.6" [4 cm] wide, many flowered inflorescence
