Common Name The Long Tubed Ambrella
Flower Size 1.8" [4.5 cm]
Found in Madagascar in humid, evergreen forests at elevations around 500 to 1000 meters as a mini-miniature sized, warm growing epiphyte with a short, erect stem carrying 5 to 6, flat, elliptic to oboval-oblong, unequally and obtusely bilobed apically, contracted towards the base leaves that blooms in the spring on an arising from below the leaves, 2 to 2.4" [5 to 6 cm] long, 1 to 3 flowered inflorescence with a few wide, thin, apiculate bracts.
