Common Name Johnson's Anathallis [Brazilian Orchid Enthusiast and Species Collector current]

Flower Size

Found in Argentina without locality as a mini-miniature sized epiphyte with erect ramicauls enveloped by 1 to 2 tubular sheaths and carrying a single, erect, thickly coriaceous, elliptical, obtuse, cuneate below into the subpetiolate base leaf that blooms in the summer on an erect, peduncle to .8 to .12" [2 to 3 cm] long, to .16" [4 mm] long altogether, successively single, 2 to 3 flowered inflorescence

This species would be better placed in Pleurothallis within my framework of the Orchidaceae but as yet it has not been described as such.
