Common Name or Meaning Da Silva's Anacheilium [Brazilian Orchid Enthusiast current]

Found in Bahia Brazil in Atlantic rainforests at elevations of 400 to 800 meters as a small sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with fusiform, funnel-shaped basally, laterally compressed, segmented apex pseudobulb carrying 2 to 3, apical, subcoriaceous, oblanceolate, cymbidiform, acute leaves that blooms in the fall on a terminal, erect, 4.2" [11 cm] long, few flowered inflorescence arising thropugh a spathe and carrying non-resupinate flowers.
