Found in Paucartambo department of Peru in secondary forest at elevations around 1900 meters as a miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with an ascending stem carrying a single, apical, Leaves erect, coriaceous, narrowly elliptical with a sulcate petiole and an acute, tridenticulate apex leaf that blooms in the late summer and early fall .
