Found in Madagascar in Moss and lichen covered forests at elevations of 1200 meters as a warm growing epiphyte with an elongate stem carrying well spaced all along the stem, 2 ranked, linear to linear-lanceolate, spically short pointed lobed leaves that blooms on an axillary, single flowered inflorescence.
