Common Name or Meaning The White Appendicula

Found in Sumatra, Java, Lesser Sunda Island, Borneo and the Philippines at elevations of 300 to 1800 meters as a large to giant sized, hot to cool growing epiphyte with very close set, erect to horizontal stems carrying in youth many, along the whole length of the stem, lanceolate, minutely bidentate apically, apically small leaves that blooms in the summer and fall on a terminal, on younger leafy stems and lateral, on older leafless stems, mostly pendulous, to 2.2" [5.5 cm] long, 1 to 3 flowered inflorescence with lanceolate, acute floral bracts.
