Common Name The Pretty Aspidogyne

Flower Size .24" [6 mm]

Found in southern Brazil as well as Paraguay at elevations around 615 meters as a small sized, cool growing terrestrial with an erect leafy stem carrying lanceolate, acute, dark green, centrally white striped, basally clasping leaves that blooms in the late spring on an erect, terminal, 8" [20 cm] long, many flowered inflorescence with lanceolate-acuminate single nerved, shorter than the ovary floral bracts and carrying flowers with white sepals with green lines, the lip with a yellowish green spur, and the lateral angles of the smae color all held towards the apex.
