Common Name Kuczynski's Aspidogyne - In Argentina - Hierba de la cordialidad

Found in Argentina, Paraguay and Brazil in leaf litter at elevations around 300 to 350 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool to cold growing terrestro-lithophyte with a repent, fleshy rhizome giving rise to a short, erect stem carrying 5, undulate margin, yellowish to dark green and sometimes reticulated in silver above and greyish below leaves held in a lax rosette that blooms in the late spring and summer on an erect, to 8" [to 20 cm] long, racemose, 5 to 25 flowered inflorescence.
