Found in Guatemala in wet montane forests at elevations around 300 meters as a mini-miniature sized, hot growing epiphyte with erect, branching near the base stems enveloped by leafless sheaths and carrying 3, towards the apex, conduplicate, oblong, acute leaves that blooms in the later spring on a terminal, arcuate, to 3.2" [8 cm] long, mostly simultaneously few flowered inflorescence.
