Common Name The Hidden Bulbophyllum [refers to the flower which often is camoflaged and set against the sheaths of the same color
Flower Size .2" [.5 cm]
Found in Bali, Java, Sumatra, New Caledonia and Vanuatu in mossy montane rainforests at elevations of 100 to 1900 meters as a miniature sized, hot to cool growing epiphyte with 3/4" [1.78 cm] between each wrinkled, conical pseudobulb enveloped basally by dry sheaths and carrying a single, apical, elliptic, acute leaf that blooms in the later summer on a basal, very short, single flowered inflorescence with acuminate floral bracts.
