Common Name The Two-Antennaed Bulbophyllum

This warm growing epiphytic species occurs in Papua and New Guinea on trees in montane forests at elevations around 600 meters with distant, narrowly conical, quadrangular pseudobulbs carrying a single apical, erect, narrowly obovate-oblong, obtuse, basally subpetiolate leaf that blooms on a stout, basal, 3 3/5" to 4 3/4" [9 to 12 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence that has tubular, triangular bracts and occurs in the fall.
