Common Name or Meaning The Short Leaved Bulbophyllum [Refers to the diminutive plant]

Flower Size

Found in northeastern Madagascar in humid lowland rainforests at elevations of sea level to 300 meters as a mini-miniature sized, hot growing epiphyte with narrow 4 angled pseudobulbs carrying 2, apical, oblong leaves that blooms in the late spring on an erect, shorter than the leaves, to .8" [to 2 cm] long, rachis 5 to 8 flowered inflorescence carrying glabrous flowers.
