Found in Sabah Borneo at elevations around 1300 to 1500 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with a creeping rhizome with .04" [.1 cm] between each discoid, not flattened pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, rather thick, ovate to elliptic, medium green, petiolate base leaf that blooms in the later summer and early fall on a .6 to 1.6" [1.5 to 4 cm] long overall, peduncle .4 to .72" [1 to 1.8 cm] long, rachis .2 to .92" [.5 to 2.3 cm] long, 2 to 7 flowered inflorescence with ovate, longer than the ovary floral bracts and carrying non-fragrant flwoers with very pale greenish yellowish towards the tips or not tepals and a yellowish green to pale yellow lip.
