Found in Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Gabon, Zaire and Uganda in lowland and montane forests as a miniature to small sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with .4 to .8" [1 to 2 cm] between each, orbicular to ellipsoid, compressed, obtusely 2 to 4-angled pseudobulbs carrying a single apical, linear-lanceolate, obtuse, thick, coriaceous, mid rib slightly prominent abaxially leaf that blooms in the fall on a basal, to 4.4" [11 cm] long, 3 to 12 flowered inflorescence with an erect rachis that is slightly swollen, compressed, 4 angled in cross-section, fractiflex and has each of its 2 concave sides giving rise to flowers.
