Common Name or Meaning The Caudate Sepal Bulbophyllum
Flower Size .15" [3 mm] wide
Found only in Malaysia and Borneo in lowland and montane forests at elevations of 800 to 2400 meters as a miniature sized, warm to cold growing epiphyte with .2 to 3/4" [.5 to 1.8 cm] between each discoid, not flattened, medium green pseudobulb carrying a single, apical, erect, rather thin to thick, obovate to elliptic, narrowing below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms in the summer on an erect, 2.8 to 22" [7 to 55 cm] long, many flowered inflorescence with ovate to triangular floral bracts and carrying somewhat fragrant flowers
CAUTION The photo aspect leaves little to go on for a proper determination so use with caution.
