Found in the Philippines at elevations of 700 to 1200 meters as a mini-miniature sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte without pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, erect, oblanceolate, petiolate base leaf that blooms in the late winter and early spring on a weeak as long as the leaf, to 4" [10 cm] long, 10 to 20 flowered inflorescence with tubular, basal bracts.
