Flower Size .2" [.5 cm]

Found in the Comoros Islands as small sized, warm growing epiphyte with 1.6" [4 cm] between each small, oblong, 4 angled pseudobulb carrying 2, small, coriaceous, obtuses, shortly attenuate towards both ends leaves that are present at blooming but are deciduous later that blooms in the mid summer and late fall on an erect, peduncle 1.8 to 2" [4.5 to 5 cm] long, enveloped by 5 to 6 loose,very acute, elongated sheaths 3.2 to 3.6" [8 to 9 cm] long overall, longer than the leaves, rachis 1.2" [3 cm] long, bending in anthesis, generally 15 flowered inflorescence with slightly shorter than the flowers floral bracts.
