Flower Size

Found in western New Guinea in lower montane forests at elevations around 750 meters as a mini-miniature sized, warm growing epiphyte with a slender, long creeping rhizome giving rise to erect, 1.2 to 1.4 " [3 to 4 cm] between each conical pseudobulb and carrying a single, lanceolate, obtuse, narrowing basally leaf that blooms on a very slender, filiform, 1.2" [3 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence with minute, tubular, urn-shaped floral bracts and carrying flowers with straw-yellow sepals with a crimson lip that dries violet.
