Common Name The Lanceolate Petal Bulbophyllum

Flower Size .8" [2 cm]

Found in Borneo and once in Malysia with a thick sheathed, quickly becoming bristly rhizome with 6" [15 cm] between each slender conspicuous, ovoid-cylindrical pseudobulb carrying a single apical, petiolate, elliptical, acute leaf, blooming on a short to 5/8" [to 1.5 cm] long inflorescence with the wide opening, foul smelling flowers [to 12] held in a close group, single flowered,

Similar to B subumbellatum but differs in the rounder overall, look and the thicker apical tails of the petals in this one.
