Common Name or Meaning

Flower Size less than 1/4" [less than 5mm]

An epiphytic species found in Papua and New Guinea and Irian Jaya on smooth-barked tree trunks occuring in seasonally flooded swamp forests at sea level with a scrambling rhizome that blooms on a basal, 2" long, single flowered, greenish white inflorescence that holds the nonresupinate, short-lived, diurnal, delicate flower against the base of the pseudobulb. Flowers occur successively throughout the year.
