Found in Java at elevations around 1450 to 1650 meters as a small sized, cool growing epiphyte with a long creeping, occasionally branching rhizome with 4" [10 cm] between each, ovate, basally rounded, abruptly contracted into the petiolate base leaf that blooms in the summer on a basal, erect,to 4" [10 cm] long, to 30 flowered inflorescence.
