Common Name The Yellow-Flowered Bulbophyllum

Flower Size 1 1/4" [3 cm]

Found in China, Vietnam, Laos and Thailand at elevations around 1500 meters as a small sized, cool growing epiphyte with small pseudobulbs that are wrinkled and clustered close together carrying a single, apical leaf that blooms on a 4" [10 cm] long inflorescence with an umbel of 10 flowers held above the leaf.

This species can be maintained in pots or baskets with a free draining medium, partial shade, regular waterings and fertilizer as well as good air circulation.

Very similar to and often cited as as synonym of B pectin-vernis
