Common Name The Yellow Haired Bulbophyllum [refers to the yellow appendages of the lip]
Flower Size .2" [4 mm]
Found in Borneo in dense lower montane forests and open podosol forests at elevations of 800 to 1500 meters in lower montane forests as a miniature to small sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with elliptic, compressed pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, thick, ovate, medium to dark green, basally petiolate leaf that blooms in the spring and fall on a .4" [1 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence with tubular floral bracts and unscented flowers.
