Found in the Philippines at elevations of 100 to 700 meters as a mini-miniature sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with 1" [2.5 cm] between each, virtually non-existent pseudobulb carrying a single, apical, erect, leathery, linear-oblong leaf that blooms on an erect, from the rhizome, to 1.6" [4 cm] long, very wiry to 3 flowered inflorescence with flowers that have a lip with small hairs on the margins.
