Common Name The Thin Inflorescence Dendrobium

Found in New Guinea, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu in lowland rainforests at elevations of 50 to 400 meters as a miniature sized, hot growing epiphyte with .8 to 2" [2 to 5 cm] between each ovate pseudobulb carrying a single apical, erect, oblong-lanceolate, subacute leaf that blooms in the early summer on an erect, thin, basal, 5 to 8" [12.5 to 20 cm] long, fractiflex in bloom, straight in fruit, 4 to 6 flowered inflorescence with triangular, acute, shorter than the ovary floral bracts.
