Common Name Grot's Bulbophyllum

Found in Sarawak Borneo on limestone hills in forests at elevations of sealevel to 250 meters as a small sized, hot growing epiphyte with .16 to .4" [.4 to 1 cm] between each ovoid pseudobulb carrying a single, apical, erect, elliptic-oblong, rounded, petioalte base leaf that blooms on an erect to patent, elongated, 7 to 13.8" [17.5 to 23.5 cm] long, spindle-shaped, rather dense, successively several, 45 to 65 flowered inflorescence with triangular, cuspidate, shorter than the ovary floral bracts.
