Found in Java as a miniature to small sized, hot to cool growing epiphyte with a creeping and very branched rhizome with .6" [1.5 cm] between each conical, green in youth, becoming yellow with age pseudobulbs carrying a single apical, lanceolate, acute, petiolate leaf that is dark green above and lighter below that blooms in the summer and fall on a short to 2" to 2.4" [5 to 6 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence that has strongly fragrant, musky scented flowers.
