Common Name Hildebrandt's Bulbophyllum

Flower Size .4" [1 cm] long

Found in Madagascar in seasonally dry, deciduous forests at elevations of sealevel to 600 meters as a mini-miniature sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with 1.2 to 1.6" [3 to 4 cm] between each 4 angled, yellow pseudobulb carrying 2, apical, lanceolate to oblong-ligulate leaves that blooms in the late fall through spring on a basal, erect, thin, rachis fractiflex, to 6" [15 cm] long, to 6.8” [17 cm] long overall, densely many flowered inflorescence.
