Found in Madagascar in humid, evergreen forests at elevations around 1700 meters as a small sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with 1.2" [3 cm] between each ovoid-conical pseudobulbs carrying 2, apical leaves that blooms in the late spring on a 10" [25 cm] long, many flowered inflorescence
