Common Name or Meaning The Twisted Dendrochilum [refers to the twisted rachis and the ovaries]

Flower Size .4" [1 cm]

Found in the Philippines on Luzon island with a very slender, thread-like rhizome giving rise to ovate, nearly 4 angled pseudobulbs carrying a single, elliptic to ovate-oblong, acute fleshy leaf that blooms in the fall on numerous, wiry, 1.2 to 2" [3 to 5 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence with short, yellow retuse , shortly concave bracts.
