Found the fourth Division of Sarawak Borneo in mossy montane forests at elevations around 1600 to 1900 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with a creeping rhizome with .6 to .95" [.6 to 2.4 cm] between each ovoid pseudobulb carrying a single, apical, erect, elliptic to ovate, acute-apiculate, narrowing below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms on a fasciculate, porrect to patent, peduncle .12 to .16" [.3 to.4 cm] long, provided with a single bract, .28 to .4" [.7 to 1 cm] long overall, single flowered inflorescence carrying fully opening flowers with whitish near the base, pale red with darker lines up to halfway, yellowish green towards the tip sepals, the petals are translucent white with a red mid nerve and the lip is purplish red .
