Common Name The Leyte Bulbophyllum [An island in the Philippines]

Found in Leyte the Philippines on trees near streams in the foothills at elevations of 200 to 500 meters as a mini-miniature sized, hot growing epiphyte with 2.4" [6 cm] between each very small pseuobulbs carrying a single, apical, erect, fleshy, oblong, 2" [5 cm] long, petiolate base leaf that blooms in the later spring on a erect to arching, shorter than the leaf, rachis to 2.8" [7 cm] long, 4" [10 cm] long overall, to 15 flowered inflorescence.
