Found in the Bukidnon region of Mindanao the Philippines on trees in damp forests at elevations of 1300 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with .2 to .4" [.5 to 1 cm] between each pseudobulb carrying a single, apical, erect, apiculate leaf that blooms in the later spring and early summer on a erect to arching, 1.4" [3.5 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence with a single, tubular bract at the base.
