Found in north Sulawesi in forests at elevations around 1300 meters as a mini-miniature to miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with 2 to 4" [5 to 10 cm] between each more or less erect, ovoid to subglobose, angular pseudobulb carrying a single, apical, erect, elliptic, subacute to apiculate leaf that blooms on a spreading, 1.2 to 1.4" [3 to 4 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence.
