Common Name The Large Column Bulbophyllum
Flower Size 1/5" [5 mm]
Found in Vietnam and Thailand at elevations of 300 to 1400 meters as a miniature sized, hot to cool epiphyte from and has a stout rhizome with 1 1/8" to 2 1/4" [3 to 6 cm] spacing between each, conical pseudobulb carrying a thick, single, apical, minutely retuse apically leaf all which blooms in the late winter on a basal, erect to lateral, to 9 1/2" [to 24 cm] long, densely flowered, racemose inflorescence enveloped basally by 4 to 5 sheaths and carries many flowers.
