Common Name The Very Small Pseudobulb Bulbophyllum

Found in the Bismark Archipelago on trees along creeks in range forests at elevations around 400 meters as a mini-miniature sized, hot growing epiphyte with a short rhizome govong rise to close-set, very small, narrowly ovoid, narrowed to the apex pseudobulbs and carrying a single, apical, erect, sublinear, to the apex somewhat widened, shortly acuminate, rather thick, glabrous leaf that blooms in the winter on an erect, filiform, glabrous, single flowered inflorescence with ovate-lanceolate, acuminate, many times shorter than the pedicel floral bracts.
The flowers are pale yellow with a dark violet lip
